As a component of an effective vulcanization system, it can be used as a vulcanization accelerator for NR, IR, BR, NBR, IIR, etc. The vulcanized rubber has good heat resistance. As an auxiliary accelerator in sulfur vulcanized EPDM and NR compound, it is used in combination with sulfenamide, thiazole or thiuram accelerators; secondary amines that form harmful substances nitrosamines are not produced during vulcanization.

The pre-dispersed accelerator ZBEC(DBZ)-70 is a thiocarbamate overspeed accelerator that does not produce nitrosamine. It can be used as a primary accelerator or a secondary accelerator in NR, EPDM, IR, SBR, NBR, IIR and other synthetic rubbers. Compared with the traditional dithiocarbamate accelerator, the pre-dispersed accelerator ZBEC(DBZ)-70 has higher processing safety. Alkaline accelerator has activation effect on this product, the pre-dispersed accelerator ZBEC(DBZ)-70 also has an activating effect on thiazole or sulfenamide accelerators; when the amount is the same, the pre-dispersed ZBEC(DBZ)-70 is similar to other dithiocarbamate vulcanizates in terms of tensile stress.

The pre-dispersed accelerator ZDBC(BZ)-80 has a fast vulcanization rate in NR, SBR, NBR, EPDM and other synthetic rubbers. The addition of thiuram and thiazole accelerators can delay the initial vulcanization and improve processing safety. Compared with the pre-dispersed accelerators ZDMC(PZ)-80,ZDEC (ZDCEZ)-80 and ZEPC(PX)-80, the scorch time is shorter and vulcanization time is shorter; the basic accelerator has an activation effect on it; a small amount of pre-dispersed accelerator ZDBC(BZ)-80 can be used as a secondary accelerator for thiols or thiuram accelerators; it can give vulcanized rubber higher tensile strength and resilience.

Pre-dispersed accelerator TDEC-70 and thiazole, thiuram and dithiocarbamate accelerators can accelerate vulcanization of EPDM and IIR. A small amount of TDEC-70 can shorten the vulcanization time. In addition, since a large amount of softening oil can reduce the vulcanization rate, the TDEC-70 is especially suitable for use in high oil-containing soft rubber compounds, such as low-hardness solid EPDM sealing strips or sponge sealing strips.

The pre-dispersed accelerator DPTT(TRA)-70 has fast vulcanization speed and high scorch safety in natural rubber and synthetic rubber. As an activator and auxiliary accelerator, it can be used in combination with thiol and sulfenamide accelerators. A small amount of pre-dispersed accelerator DPTT(TRA)-70 and thiuram accelerator can improve the aging resistance of vulcanized rubber.

Pre-dispersed accelerator DETU-80 can make chloroprene rubber vulcanized quickly, especially for the continuous vulcanization process of chloroprene rubber; pre-dispersed accelerator DETU-80, MBTS-75, DOTG-70 and use have faster promotion effect, but may cause scorching; vulcanized rubber The thermal aging performance and mechanical properties are very good, and will not spray frost.

Pre-dispersed accelerators TBzTD-70 promote the vulcanization of natural rubber and synthetic rubber with high processing safety and fast vulcanization speed. It meets the requirements of TRGS 552 of German "Technical Rules for Hazardous Substances" on nitrosamine toxicity and will not release carcinogenic nitrosamine compounds during vulcanization. Basic accelerators such as aldehydes and guanidines have activation effect on them. Under normal circumstances, pre-dispersed accelerator TBzTD-70 can be used as the main accelerator together with sulfur; used as a secondary accelerator together with a thiazole accelerator.

Pre-dispersed active agent ZnO-80 is a kind of pre-dispersed special zinc oxide suitable for rubber industry. Combined with elastomer, it can prevent moisture absorption in air during storage. Due to more uniform dispersion, compared with powdered zinc oxide extrusion compound, the surface of extrusion profile of rubber compound containing pre-dispersed active agent ZnO-80 is smoother. Generally, the definite elongation and tensile strength of vulcanized rubber containing this product are improved, and the elongation at break is also improved.

Pre-dispersed scorch retarder CTP-80 can delay the initial vulcanization of NR and synthetic rubber without significantly prolonging the total vulcanization time. Combined with sulfenamide or thiazole accelerator, the processing safety can be improved without affecting the performance of vulcanized rubber. The product can significantly improve the storage stability and high temperature processing safety performance of unvulcanized rubber, and fully improve the generation capacity of equipment. Contact pollution will not occur when using this product.
