Product characteristicsPre-dispersed active agent ZnO-80 is a kind of pre-dispersed special zinc oxide suitable for rubber industry. Combined with elastomer, it can prevent moisture absorption in air during storage. Due to more uniform dispersion, compared with powdered zinc oxide extrusion compound, the surface of extrusion profile of rubber compound containing pre-dispersed active agent ZnO-80 is smoother. Generally, the definite elongation and tensile strength of vulcanized rubber containing this product are improved, and the elongation at break is also improved.
Processing characteristicsUnder normal circumstances, powdered ZnO is difficult to disperse evenly at the processing temperature, resulting in a decrease in vulcanization activity and a decrease in static mechanical properties and dynamic fatigue properties of vulcanized rubber. However, the powder used to produce the pre-dispersed active agent ZnO-80 is strictly controlled in particle size and pre-dispersed with a carrier, which can be quickly mixed in and evenly dispersed during mixing of various rubber compounds, thus ensuring the activity of effective components. In addition, the pre-dispersed ZnO-80 is granular, under storage conditions, the particles will not agglomerate and are easy to mix and mix. Good fluidity, no dust flying, will not cause feeding loss; Improve the stability and uniformity of mixing batches; The pre-dispersed active agent ZnO-80 also avoids the thermal expansion that often occurs in CR glue when powdered zinc oxide is used. It is recommended to add it at the end of mixing.
