Tap the potential inward and build an "internal circulation" industrial chain. Accelerate the promotion of domestically produced independent and controllable substitution plans, and promote the overall upgrade of the integrated internal recycling industry chain of "pharmaceutical intermediates, raw materials and preparations". Related industries should extend the industrial chain upstream and downstream, that is, closely connect with the production of basic chemical raw materials to avoid the monopoly of overseas key raw materials; at the same time, strengthen the end products such as raw materials and pharmaceutical preparations, customize the production of pharmaceutical intermediates, and increase the value chain. Strengthen innovation and consolidate the technical support system.
