Product Features:Pre-dispersed accelerator TDEC-70 and thiazole, thiuram and dithiocarbamate accelerators can accelerate vulcanization of EPDM and IIR. A small amount of TDEC-70 can shorten the vulcanization time. In addition, since a large amount of softening oil can reduce the vulcanization rate, the TDEC-70 is especially suitable for use in high oil-containing soft rubber compounds, such as low-hardness solid EPDM sealing strips or sponge sealing strips.
Processing features:Under normal circumstances, powdered TDEC is easy to adhere to equipment and is not easy to disperse evenly during mixing. However, the pre-dispersion accelerator TDEC-70 is easy to mix and mix, and will not agglomerate under normal storage conditions. Good fluidity, no dust flying, will not cause feeding loss; Eating materials in various rubber materials is easy and evenly dispersed, ensuring the activity of the effective component TDEC; It is recommended to add at the end of mixing.
Dosage:In combination with thiazoles, thiurams and dithiocarbamates as auxiliary accelerators; the recommended dosage shall not exceed 0.5 parts.
Application:Automotive sealing strips and hoses, building sealing strips, steam and acid resistant hoses, cable sheaths, insulation products.
Packing:Composite paper bag, lined with plastic film bag, net weight 25kg.
Storage:Sealed and stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight, and can be stored for 1 year.
