Processing features:Under normal circumstances, the powdery ZDBC(BZ) accelerator has a high melting point and a large particle size, which makes it difficult to soften and disperse uniformly at the processing temperature, resulting in a decrease in vulcanization activity and a decrease in mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber. However, the pre-dispersion accelerator ZDBC(BZ)-80 selects powdered ZDBC(BZ) with controlled particle size and pre-disperses with carriers and surface active dispersants, which can be easily and evenly dispersed, the activity of the effective component ZDBC(BZ) is ensured. In addition, the pre-dispersion accelerator ZDBC(BZ)-80 is granular, which is easy to mix, has good fluidity, no dust flying, and will not cause feeding loss. Improve the stability and uniformity between batches of mixed rubber; It is recommended to add it at the end of mixing.

Dosage:NR:0.6-1.0 parts; SBR/ NBR:0.6-1.2 parts; used as a secondary accelerator: 0.1-0.2 parts.

Application:EPDM sealing strip, shoes, cables and other rubber products.

Packing:Composite paper bag, lined with plastic film bag, net weight 25kg.

Storage:Sealed and stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight, and can be stored for 1 year.
