Product Features:Pre-dispersed accelerator is ZDTP-50 used as a special accelerator in EPDM containing sulfur, zinc oxide, thiazole and thiuram accelerators, with high crosslinking degree and no frost spray when the amount is recommend. As a component of an effective vulcanization system, it can be used as a vulcanization accelerator for NR, IR, BR, NBR, IIR, etc. The vulcanized rubber has good heat resistance. As an auxiliary accelerator in sulfur vulcanized EPDM and NR compound, it is used in combination with sulfenamide, thiazole or thiuram accelerators; secondary amines that form harmful substances nitrosamines are not produced during vulcanization.
Processing features:Under normal circumstances, liquid ZDTP is easy to flow and adhere to equipment, mixing is not easy to disperse evenly, resulting in a lack of rubber products.
The pre-dispersed accelerator ZDTP-50 is easy to mix, under normal storage conditions will not agglomerate, good fluidity, no liquid flow adhesion, will not cause feeding loss.
Dosage:NR curing system: ZDTP-50 2.0-3.4 parts; TMTM-80 0.3-0.6 parts; DM-80.6 -0.9 parts; S-80 0.3-0.6 parts.
EPDM vulcanization system: ZDTP-50 2.0-3.4 parts; TMTD-80 0.3-1.0 parts; M-80 0.6-1.9 parts; S-80 1.2-3.2 parts.
EPDM nitrosamine-free system: 2.0-3.4 parts of ZDTP-50; 0.3-1.0 parts of TBzTD-80; 1.2-1.9 parts of M-80; 1.2-2.2 parts of S-80.
Application:Engineering molded and extruded products such as film, tire buffer layer, rubber fender, sealing strip, etc.
Packing:Composite paper bag, lined with plastic film bag, net weight 25kg.
Storage:Sealed and stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight, and can be stored for 1 year.
