Product Features:The pre-dispersed accelerator DPTT(TRA)-70 has fast vulcanization speed and high scorch safety in natural rubber and synthetic rubber. As an activator and auxiliary accelerator, it can be used in combination with thiol and sulfenamide accelerators. A small amount of pre-dispersed accelerator DPTT(TRA)-70 and thiuram accelerator can improve the aging resistance of vulcanized rubber.
Processing characteristicsUnder normal circumstances, powdered DPTT(TRA) ingredients and mixing are easy to fly and lose and adhere to equipment. It is not easy to disperse evenly during mixing. However, the pre-dispersion accelerator DPTT(TRA)-70 is easy to mix and mix. Under normal storage conditions, it will not agglomerate, have good fluidity, have no dust flying, and will not cause feeding loss. Eating materials in various rubber materials is easy and evenly dispersed, ensuring the activity of effective component DPTT; it is recommended to add at the end of mixing.
Dosage:0.35~3.5 parts, used for heat aging products.
Application:All kinds of rubber, especially EPDM and IIR heat-resistant products, such as hose, sealing strip and sheath; when combined with DM-80, it can be used as an accelerator for chlorosulfonated polyethylene synthetic rubber.
Packing:Composite paper bag, lined with plastic film bag, net weight 25kg.
Storage:Sealed and stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight, and can be stored for 1 year.
