Pre-dispersed accelerator MBT(M)-80 is a kind of quasi-speed and multi-functional accelerator with long vulcanization flat period, which endows vulcanizates with good physical and mechanical properties. In sulfur-free vulcanization compound, pre-dispersed accelerator MBT(M)-80 is used as anti-scorching agent; In CR compound, it is used as vulcanization retarder; alkaline accelerators such as aldehyde amines, guanidines, etc., as well as thiuram and dithiocarbamate accelerators are used to activate MBT(M)-80.
The pre-dispersed accelerator ZEPC(PX)-80 has a fast vulcanization rate in NR, SBR, NBR, EPDM and other synthetic rubbers. The addition of thiuram and thiazole accelerators can delay the initial vulcanization and improve the processing safety. Compared with the pre-dispersed accelerators ZDBC(BZ)-80 and ZDEC(ZDC EZ)-80, the scorch time is longer and the total vulcanization time is shorter; the basic accelerator has an activation effect on it; a small amount of pre-dispersed accelerator ZEPC(PX)-80 can be used as a secondary accelerator for thiols or thiuram accelerators; it can give vulcanized rubber higher tensile strength and resilience.

Pre-dispersed vulcanizing agent is IS60-80 all natural rubber and diene rubber vulcanizing agent. Compared with ordinary sulfur, its excellent characteristics are no spraying frost and no migration. It is widely used in tires, conveyor belts, rubber shoes and other rubber products that require no spraying frost, multi-layer vulcanization and high adhesion performance.
Pre-dispersed accelerator H-80 is a weak alkaline accelerator for slow vulcanization. The vulcanization reaction starts when the product is added, but its vulcanization speed is relatively slow and the crosslinking degree of vulcanized rubber is very high. Thiol, sulphenamide, thiuram and dithiocarbamate accelerators have activation and secondary promotion effects on rubber compounds containing pre-dispersed accelerator H-80. As a formaldehyde donor, and resorcinol and especially suitable for rubber and metal or steel cord adhesion; compared with powder, pre-dispersed accelerator H-80 good dispersion is more conducive to the adhesion of rubber and metal, in order to improve the pre-dispersed H-80 as accelerator vulcanizate heat aging resistance, it is recommended to add anti-aging agent; this product does not appear blooming phenomenon.
Pre-dispersed vulcanizing agent S-80 is used as a vulcanizing agent for natural rubber and diene synthetic rubber. Its characteristics are that it can be quickly mixed into the rubber compound and has excellent dispersion. Uniform dispersion can prevent local over-sulfur of the rubber compound, thus improving aging performance and dynamic fatigue performance. For light-colored rubber products, the use of pre-dispersed vulcanizing agent S-80 is particularly important, because its excellent dispersion performance prevents brown sulfur spots on the surface of light-colored vulcanized rubber and reduces product defects.
HMMM-80 is a masterbatch manufactured by pre-dispersing 65% of powdered HMMM, which is HMMM-80 easier to operate and easier to control than powdered and liquid HMMM.
