The combined elastomer and its surface active dispersing additive ensure that the product can be rapidly absorbed and dispersed in rubber. Calcium oxide absorbs water vapor to generate calcium hydroxide, which enables the product to be continuously extruded and vulcanized under pressureless conditions, to avoid spongy defects due to the presence of water vapor, the product is particularly suitable for extrusion compounds that need to be continuously vulcanized in hot air, vulcanizing bed, salt bath or microwave equipment; because the cell structure can be more uniform, The pre-dispersed desiccant CaO-80 can also be used for foamed products, especially microporous sponge rubber products.
Pre-dispersed antioxidant MB-80 is mainly used as a synergistic agent of other antioxidants, and the combined effect of other antioxidants is usually better than the sum of their effects when used alone; it is a medium-strength non-polluting antioxidant, especially suitable for compounds containing overspeed accelerators and heat-resistant compounds containing no sulfur but containing thiuram TMTD-80; when MB-80 with sulfenamide CBS -80 or thiazole MBT-80 or thiuram and dithiocarbamate accelerators, the pre-dispersed antioxidant acts as an anti-scorching agent to improve the processing safety and storage stability of the rubber compound. However, the pre-dispersed antioxidant MB-80 slightly reduce the modulus of NR and synthetic rubber products. If the dosage is recommend, no blooming will occur.
DTDM-80 pre-dispersed vulcanizing agent can release free sulfur under normal vulcanization conditions. Different from ordinary sulfur, it mainly forms mono-sulfur bond and di-sulfur bond, and vulcanizate has excellent heat aging resistance. As a crosslinking agent, this product will not appear similar to the blooming phenomenon when using thiuram dithio; The acidic component in the formula will cause the pre-dispersed vulcanizing agent DTDM-80 to decompose prematurely and reduce the scorch safety; usually this product is used for low compression deformation and heat aging properties of high rubber.
Pre-dispersed accelerator ETU(NA-22)-80 makes chloroprene rubber vulcanized quickly and scorch safely. For low-sulfur or sulfur-free vulcanization of other diene rubber, it can be used as activator and auxiliary accelerator. Pre-dispersed accelerator ETU(NA-22)-80 can improve the heat aging resistance and physical and mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber, and generally does not spray frost.
The pre-dispersed accelerator TBBS(NS)-80 makes the scorch time of the compound very long, the processing safety is high and the vulcanization speed is fast; it can be used alone in low-sulfur vulcanization, or it can be used with dithiocarbamate or thiuram accelerators, and the resulting vulcanizates have good heat aging resistance and high modulus; after pre-dispersing the accelerator TBBS(NS)-80 and using dithiocarbamate accelerators and thiuram accelerators, the vulcanization rate of the compound will be significantly reduced. Thiourea accelerators have a significant secondary promotion effect on the pre-dispersed accelerator TBBS(NS)-80, especially in low-sulfur compounds, while in compounds containing thiol accelerators and thiuram accelerators, the pre-dispersed accelerator TBBS(NS)-80 can delay scorch.
Pre-dispersion accelerator is TETD-75 used as overspeed accelerator for NR, SBR, NBR, IIR, BR and latex. The effective sulfur content reaches 41%, and it is usually used as vulcanizing agent for manufacturing cables, adhesive tape, rubber shoes, inner tubes, colorful products, etc.
The pre-dispersed accelerator CBS(CZ)-80 makes the scorch time of the compound very long, the processing safety is high and the vulcanization speed is fast; it can be used alone in low-sulfur vulcanization, or it can be used in combination with dithiocarbamate or thiuram accelerators, and the resulting vulcanizate has good aging resistance and compression deformation resistance; the pre-dispersed accelerator CBS(CZ)-80 and dithiocarbamate accelerator and thiuram accelerator will obviously shorten the scorch time of the compound. Thiourea accelerator has obvious secondary promotion effect on pre-dispersed CBS(CZ)-80, especially in low sulfur yellow compound. However, in the compound containing sulfur alcohol accelerator and thiuram accelerator, the pre-dispersion accelerator CBS(CZ)-80 can delay scorch and improve processing safety.
The pre-dispersed accelerator TMTD(TT)-80 has very fast vulcanization speed and good scorch safety when used in natural rubber and synthetic rubber. If thiol or sulfinamide accelerators are added, vulcanization will be delayed, but the crosslinking degree will be hardly affected, only the scorch rate will be reduced and the total vulcanization time will be prolonged. Basic accelerators such as aldehyde amines and guanidines have activation effect on the pre-dispersed accelerator TMTD(TT)-80; when combined with sulfur, TMTD(TT)-80 is used as the main accelerator; When combined with thiazoles, it is used as the second accelerator; As a vulcanizing agent in sulfur-free vulcanization; Sulfur-free vulcanization or low-sulfur vulcanization can give vulcanized rubber good heat aging resistance.
Pre-dispersed accelerator TMTM(TS)-80 has very fast vulcanization speed and good scorch safety when used in natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It can be used in combination with basic accelerators such as aldehyde amines and guanidine to increase its activity. As a secondary accelerator, it is used in combination with sulfenamide and thiol accelerators in technical applications. Low sulfur vulcanization gives vulcanized rubber good heat aging resistance.
