Processing features:Under normal circumstances, powdered accelerator TBBS(NS) is easy to fly and adhere to equipment, and is not easy to disperse evenly during mixing. However, the pre-dispersed accelerator TBBS(NS)-80 is easy to mix and mix, will not agglomerate under normal storage conditions, has good fluidity, has no dust flying, and will not cause feeding loss. Eating materials in various rubber materials is easy and evenly dispersed, ensuring the activity of effective component TBBS(NS); it is recommended to add at the end of mixing.

Dosage:NR: main accelerator: 0.5-1.0 parts and 2.5-3.5 parts of sulfur;

Second accelerator: 0.5 parts, 0.3 parts of thiol accelerator or thiuram accelerator and 1.5-3.5 parts of sulfur.

SBR:1.0-1.4 parts combined with 0-0.2 parts of thiuram accelerator and 1.5-2.5 parts of sulfur.

Application:Rubber products such as tires, hoses, tapes, conveyor belts and rubber shoes.

Packing:Composite paper bag, lined with plastic film bag, net weight 25kg.

Storage:Sealed and stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight, and can be stored for 1 year.
