Product Features:Pre-dispersion accelerator is TETD-75 used as overspeed accelerator for NR, SBR, NBR, IIR, BR and latex. The effective sulfur content reaches 41%, and it is usually used as vulcanizing agent for manufacturing cables, adhesive tape, rubber shoes, inner tubes, colorful products, etc.
Processing features:Under normal circumstances, powdered TETD is easy to fly and adhere to equipment, and it is not easy to disperse evenly during mixing. However, the pre-dispersion accelerator TETD-75 is easy to mix ingredients, will not agglomerate under normal storage conditions, has good fluidity, has no dust flying, and will not cause feeding loss. Eating materials in various rubber materials is easy and evenly dispersed, ensuring the activity of the effective component TETD; It is recommended to add it at the end of mixing.
Dosage:Used as primary accelerator:
NR:0.15-0.3 parts of TETD-75 and 2.0-3.0 parts of sulfur;
SBR:0.25-1.5 parts of TETD-75 and 2.0-3.5 parts of sulfur;
IIR:1.0-2.0 parts of TETD-75 and 1.0-2.0 parts of sulfur.
NBR:0.1-3.0 parts of TETD-75 in combination with 0.5-2.0 parts of sulfur and 1.0-2.0 parts of mercaptan accelerator;
CR:0.5-1.0 parts of TETD-75 is used in combination with 0.5-1.0 parts of sulfur and 1.0-3.0 parts of guanidine accelerator.
Used as a secondary accelerator:
NR:0.1-2.5 parts of TETD-75 in combination with 2.5 parts of sulfur and 1.0 parts of mercaptan accelerator;
SBR:0.1-0.75 parts of TETD-75 in combination with 2.0-3.5 parts of sulfur and 2.0 parts of mercaptan promoter.
Application:Cable insulation layer, light color and white vulcanized rubber, transparent raw rubber products, hard rubber.
