Product characteristicsDTDM-80 pre-dispersed vulcanizing agent can release free sulfur under normal vulcanization conditions. Different from ordinary sulfur, it mainly forms mono-sulfur bond and di-sulfur bond, and vulcanizate has excellent heat aging resistance. As a crosslinking agent, this product will not appear similar to the blooming phenomenon when using thiuram dithio; The acidic component in the formula will cause the pre-dispersed vulcanizing agent DTDM-80 to decompose prematurely and reduce the scorch safety; usually this product is used for low compression deformation and heat aging properties of high rubber.
Processing characteristicsUnder normal circumstances, powdery DTDM ingredients and mixing are easy to fly and lose due to adhesion equipment, and it is not easy to disperse evenly during mixing. However, the pre-dispersed vulcanizing agent DTDM-80 is easy to mix ingredients, will not agglomerate under normal storage conditions, has good fluidity, has no dust flying, and will not cause feeding loss. Eating materials in various rubber materials is easy and evenly dispersed, ensuring the activity of effective component DTDM; It is recommended to add at the end of mixing.
