Basic accelerators such as aldehyde amines and guanidines have activation effect on the pre-dispersed accelerator TMTD(TT)-80; when combined with sulfur, TMTD(TT)-80 is used as the main accelerator; When combined with thiazoles, it is used as the second accelerator; As a vulcanizing agent in sulfur-free vulcanization; Sulfur-free vulcanization or low-sulfur vulcanization can give vulcanized rubber good heat aging resistance.

Processing features:Under normal circumstances, powdered accelerator TMTD(TT) is easy to fly and adhere to equipment, is not easy to disperse evenly during mixing, and vulcanizate is easy to spray frost. However, the pre-dispersed accelerator TMTD(TT)-80 is easy to mix ingredients, will not agglomerate under normal storage conditions, has good fluidity, has no dust flying, and will not cause feeding loss. Eating in various rubber materials is easy and evenly dispersed, the activity of the effective component TMTD(TT) is guaranteed; it is recommended to add it at the end of mixing.

Dosage:Main accelerator: 0.1-1.0 parts, combined with 1.0-3.0 parts of sulfur; Second accelerator: 0.05-0.25 parts, combined with 1.0-1.5 parts of accelerator DM and 1.75-2.75 parts of sulfur; No free sulfur (heat-resistant adhesive):2.5-4.0 parts, combined with 0.5 parts of accelerator M.

Application:Heat-resistant industrial products, such as cable sheath insulation, hard rubber, etc.

Packing:Composite paper bag, lined with plastic film bag, net weight 25kg.

Storage:Sealed and stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight, and can be stored for 1 year.
