The pre-dispersed accelerator ZEPC(PX)-80 has a fast vulcanization rate in NR, SBR, NBR, EPDM and other synthetic rubbers. The addition of thiuram and thiazole accelerators can delay the initial vulcanization and improve the processing safety. Compared with the pre-dispersed accelerators ZDBC(BZ)-80 and ZDEC(ZDC EZ)-80, the scorch time is longer and the total vulcanization time is shorter; the basic accelerator has an activation effect on it; a small amount of pre-dispersed accelerator ZEPC(PX)-80 can be used as a secondary accelerator for thiols or thiuram accelerators; it can give vulcanized rubber higher tensile strength and resilience.

The pre-dispersed accelerator ZDEC(ZDC EZ)-80 has a fast vulcanization speed in NR, SBR, NBR, EPDM and other synthetic rubbers. The addition of thiuram and thiazole accelerators can delay the initial vulcanization and improve the processing safety. However, compared with the pre-dispersed accelerator ZDBC(BZ)-80, its scorching time is longer and the total vulcanization time is shorter, A small amount of pre-dispersed accelerator ZDEC(ZDC EZ)-80 can be used as an auxiliary accelerator for thiol or thiuram accelerators; it can also improve the tensile strength and resilience of vulcanizates.

Pre-dispersed accelerator H-80 is a weak alkaline accelerator for slow vulcanization. The vulcanization reaction starts when the product is added, but its vulcanization speed is relatively slow and the crosslinking degree of vulcanized rubber is very high. Thiol, sulphenamide, thiuram and dithiocarbamate accelerators have activation and secondary promotion effects on rubber compounds containing pre-dispersed accelerator H-80. As a formaldehyde donor, and resorcinol and especially suitable for rubber and metal or steel cord adhesion; compared with powder, pre-dispersed accelerator H-80 good dispersion is more conducive to the adhesion of rubber and metal, in order to improve the pre-dispersed H-80 as accelerator vulcanizate heat aging resistance, it is recommended to add anti-aging agent; this product does not appear blooming phenomenon.

Pre-dispersed vulcanizing agent S-80 is used as a vulcanizing agent for natural rubber and diene synthetic rubber. Its characteristics are that it can be quickly mixed into the rubber compound and has excellent dispersion. Uniform dispersion can prevent local over-sulfur of the rubber compound, thus improving aging performance and dynamic fatigue performance. Pre-dispersed accelerator DPTT(TRA)-70

Pre-dispersed accelerator DPTT (TRA)-70 is an ultra-fast rubber vulcanization accelerator with a short scorch time, rapid vulcanization speed, and a tendency to scorch. It is generally not used alone but can be used in combination with dithiocarbamate or thiazole accelerators to reduce the dosage and prevent the rubber compound from blooming, while also providing excellent mechanical properties and aging resistance. Due to the presence of multiple sulfur atoms in its structure, it can also be used as a vulcanizing agent to participate in the vulcanization reaction, suitable for sulfur-free vulcanization and high-temperature rapid vulcanization, and is used in the production of heat-resistant rubber compounds.
