Product Description DOTG-70 results in quite slow set-up of curing and slow curing rate. It also causes serious vulcanization reversion when used alone. DOTG-70 will obtain synergistic effect and secondary accelerating effect combined with thiol, sulfonamide, thiuram or dithiocarbamate, and increase cross-link density, curing rate and good mechanical properties and ageing-resistance of vulcanizate. Moreover, DOTG-70 won't bloom.
Processing Characteristics DOTG powderadheres to devices easily, disperses difficultly in mixing process. However, DOTGhas good dosing and mixing property, and won't cake at ordinary temperature and humidity. It has good fluidity, no irritating dust and no material loss. It keeps optimal activity of DOTGand easily disperses in kinds of rubber compounds. Recommend that DOTG-70 is added at last stage of mixing.
Dosage In NR system:
As primary accelerator, 0.8~1.2 phr DOTG-70 with 2.5~4 phr sulfur;
As secondary accelerator, 0.05~0.4 phr DOTG-70 with 1.0~1.5 thiol and 1.5~3.0 phr sulfur.
In SBR system:
0.1~0.4 phr DOTG-70 with 1.0~1.5 phr thiol and 1.5~2.5 phr sulfur.
In NBR system:
0.05~0.4 phr DOTG-70 with 0.8~1.5 phr sulfonamide and 1.5~2.4 phr sulfur.
Applications DOTG-70 is applicable for industrial products with thick wall and big structural section.
Packaging Coextruded paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight 25Kgs/bag.
Storage Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from sunlightfor up to 1 year.
