Product Description IS60-80 is a vulcanizator for NR and diene rubber, compared with S, it won't bloom and migrate. It mainly used in non-blooming, multilayer curing and high adhesive required application, such a, tires, conveyer belt and rubber shoes.

 

Processing Characteristics IS60 powder adheres to devices easily and disperses difficultly in mixing process. However, IS60-80 has good dosing and mixing property, and won't cake at ordinary temperature and humidity. It has good fluidity, no irritating dust and no material loss. It keeps optimal activity of IS60-80 and easily disperses in kinds of rubber compounds.

 

Dosage Equal to IS60 powder,1.0～5.0 phr.

 

Applications IS60-80 is used for manufacturing tires, conveyer belts, retreaded tires, rubber hoses, seals, rubber rolls, etc.

 

Packaging Coextruded paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight 25Kgs/bag.

 

Storage Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from sunlightfor up to 1 year.
