Product Description DTDM-80 can release free sulfur under normal vulcanizating conditions and is different from general sulfur to form single and double sulfur bond. It won't present like dithio-thiuram blooming. Acidic component in rubber compounds causes DTDM-80 poor scorch safety. DTDM-80 is usually used in rubber compounds required low compression set and high heat ageing resitance.

 

Processing Characteristics DTDM powder adheres to devices easily and disperses difficultly in mixing process. However, DTDM-80 has good dosing and mixing property, and won't cake at ordinary temperature and humidity. It has good fluidity, no irritating dust and no material loss. It keeps optimal activity of DTDM and easily disperses in kinds of rubber compounds. Recommend that DTDM-80 is added at last stage of mixing.
