Characteristics Rubber accelerator ZDBC(BZ) presents white or light-yellow powder, soluble in carbon disulfide, benzene, chloroform, insoluble in water, and has good storage stability. Its density is 1.24g/cm3.
Applications ZDBC(BZ) is a fast-speed curing accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber and latex, and more active than rubber accelerator ZDC in dry rubber. The latex containing accelerator ZDBC won't pre-vulcanized in a week. It is an excellent activator for thiazole. It also can be used as antioxidant in rubber compounds and improve the anti-aging properties. It won't result in discolouring and staining in rubber products, and has good dispersion in processing. ZDBC(BZ) is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR 175.105, 178.2010, 175.300, 177.2600 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 1-4 and "Sonder kategorie”.
