Product Description TCY-70 is a vulcanizator for CO, ECO, CIIR, BIIR, ACM and NBR/PVC blends. Because TCY-70 tends to scorch, mix temperature isn’t high and mix time is short as soon as possible, and mixed rubber compounds are kept at low temperature and for not long time. Moreover, CTP-80 can be added to increase storage stability of rubber compounds containing TCY-70. TCY-70 tens to increase adhesive strength between rubber and metal.

 

Processing Characteristics TCY powder disperses difficultly in mixing process. However, TCY-70easily disperses in kinds of rubber containing halogen.
