Characteristics CH-STD is thermoplastic and non-reactive phenolic resin, its curing agent is HMT. It is powder, well dispersive and simple process.

 

Applications CH-STD is general reinforcing resin for NR, SBR and NBR. It is added in the end of process because of HMT. It obviously improves hardness, strength and dynamic modulus properties of vulcanized rubber, and to a great extent, it decreases themogenesis. Widely used in manufacturing tyres, travelling belts, triangular belts, rubber rolls and coating etc.. General dosage of CH-STD is 6～15.

 

Packaging Coextruded paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight 25Kgs/bag.

 

Storage Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from sunlight.
