The combination of thiuram TMTM-80 accelerator and pre-dispersed accelerator NOBS(MBS)-80 has a particularly obvious promotion effect of shortening vulcanization time, and has good anti-scorch effect and high crosslinking degree. Processing characteristicsUnder normal circumstances, powdered NOBS(MBS) is easy to fly and adhere to equipment, and it is not easy to disperse evenly during mixing. However, the pre-dispersion accelerator NOBS(MBS)-80 is easy to mix, will not agglomerate under normal storage conditions, has good fluidity, does not fly dust, and will not cause feeding loss. Eating materials in various rubber materials is easy and evenly dispersed, ensuring the activity of effective component NOBS; It is recommended to add at the end of mixing.

DosageNR:

Main accelerator: 0.8-1.2 parts and 2.5-4 parts of sulfur;

Auxiliary accelerator: 0.05-0.4 parts, 1-1.5 parts of thiazole accelerator and 1.5-3 parts of sulfur.

SBR: 0.1-0.4 parts combined with 1-1.5 parts of thiazole accelerator and 1.5-2.5 parts of sulfur.

NBR: 0.05-0.4 parts and 1.5-2.4 parts of sulfur and 0.8-1.5 parts of sulfenamide accelerator.
