Processing characteristicsUnder normal circumstances, powdered MBTS(DM) is easy to fly and adhere to equipment, and it is not easy to disperse evenly during mixing. Eating materials in various rubber materials is easy and evenly dispersed, ensuring the activity of the effective component MBTS(DM); it is recommended to add at the end of mixing.

Main accelerator: 1.2-2.2 parts of MBTS(DM)-75 and 2.0-3.0 parts of sulfur;

Second accelerator: 0.6-1.2 parts of MBTS(DM)-75 and 0.2-0.5 parts of dithiocarbamate accelerators are used in combination with 1.0-2.0 parts of sulfur.

Main accelerator: 1.2-3.3 parts of MBTS(DM)-75 and 1.0-3.0 parts of sulfur;

Auxiliary accelerator: 0.3-0.8 parts of MBTS(DM)-75, 1.0-3.0 parts of sulfur and 0.3-0.6 parts of sulfenamide accelerator;

NBR：

Main accelerator: 1.2-2.2 parts of MBTS(DM)-75 and 0.2-2.0 parts of sulfur;

Auxiliary accelerator: 0.8 parts of MBTS(DM)-75, 0.2-2.0 parts of sulfur and 0.3 parts of sulfenamide accelerator.
