Product characteristicsPre-dispersed accelerator H-80 is a weak alkaline accelerator for slow vulcanization. The vulcanization reaction starts when the product is added, but its vulcanization speed is relatively slow and the crosslinking degree of vulcanized rubber is very high. Thiol, sulphenamide, thiuram and dithiocarbamate accelerators have activation and secondary promotion effects on rubber compounds containing pre-dispersed accelerator H-80. As a formaldehyde donor, and resorcinol and especially suitable for rubber and metal or steel cord adhesion; compared with powder, pre-dispersed accelerator H-80 good dispersion is more conducive to the adhesion of rubber and metal, in order to improve the pre-dispersed H-80 as accelerator vulcanizate heat aging resistance, it is recommended to add anti-aging agent; this product does not appear blooming phenomenon.
Processing characteristicsUnder normal circumstances, powder H is easy to fly and adhere to equipment, is not easy to disperse evenly during mixing, and vulcanizate is easy to spray frost. However, the dispersion accelerator H-80 is easy to mix ingredients, will not agglomerate under normal storage conditions, has good fluidity, has no dust flying, and will not cause feeding loss. Eating materials in various rubber materials is easy and evenly dispersed, ensuring the activity of effective component H; It is recommended to add at the end of mixing.
DosageMain accelerator (thick-walled products):0.6-0.8 parts and 3.0-4.0 parts of sulfur;
Auxiliary accelerator: 0.1-0.35 parts combined with 0.25-1.0 parts of thiol or thiuram accelerator and 2.0-3.5 parts of sulfur.
As formaldehyde donor: 1.3-1.6 parts and 2.5-3.2 parts of pre-dispersed resorcinol -80 are used for the adhesive system.
10% of the amount of hardened phenolic resin for rubber hardening.
ApplicationSlow curing rubber, thick-walled products, rubber rollers, light-colored or transparent products; formaldehyde donor in the interlayer white adhesive system (such as canvas, textile cord and steel cord).
