Product characteristicsPre-dispersed vulcanizing agent S-80 is used as a vulcanizing agent for natural rubber and diene synthetic rubber. Its characteristics are that it can be quickly mixed into the rubber compound and has excellent dispersion. Uniform dispersion can prevent local over-sulfur of the rubber compound, thus improving aging performance and dynamic fatigue performance. For light-colored rubber products, the use of pre-dispersed vulcanizing agent S-80 is particularly important, because its excellent dispersion performance prevents brown sulfur spots on the surface of light-colored vulcanized rubber and reduces product defects.
Processing characteristicsUnder normal circumstances, powdered sulfur powder is easy to fly and adhere to equipment, and is not easy to disperse evenly during mixing, resulting in defects in rubber products. However, the pre-dispersed vulcanizing agent S-80 is easy to mix and mix, will not agglomerate under normal storage conditions, has good fluidity, does not dust fly during rubber mixing, and will not cause feeding loss. Rapid mixing, absorption and uniform dispersion in various rubber materials ensure the activity of effective component sulfur S.
