Product characteristicsPre-dispersed vulcanizing agent is IS60-80 all natural rubber and diene rubber vulcanizing agent. Compared with ordinary sulfur, its excellent characteristics are no spraying frost and no migration. It is widely used in tires, conveyor belts, rubber shoes and other rubber products that require no spraying frost, multi-layer vulcanization and high adhesion performance.
Processing characteristicsUnder normal circumstances, powdery insoluble sulfur powder is easy to fly and adhere to equipment, and is not easy to disperse evenly during mixing, resulting in defects in rubber products. However, the pre-dispersed vulcanizing agent IS60-80 is easy to mix and mix, will not agglomerate under normal storage conditions, has good fluidity, does not dust fly during rubber mixing, and will not cause feeding loss. Rapid mixing and uniform dispersion in various rubber materials ensure the activity of insoluble sulfur IS60, an effective component.
