Product characteristicsThe organic foaming agent pre-dispersion OBSH-75 for rubber can start foaming at 150°C and release N.2; adding appropriate foaming agent can further reduce the initial foaming temperature, reasonable design and reasonable matching of foaming speed and curing speed can improve the quality of foaming; thermoplastic EPDM/EVA as an effective pre-dispersion carrier can promote OBSH rapid mixing and uniform dispersion.
Processing characteristicsUnder normal circumstances, powdered OBSH is easy to fly and adhere to equipment, and is not easy to disperse evenly during mixing. However, the pre-dispersed foaming agent OBSH-75 is easy to mix ingredients, will not agglomerate under normal storage conditions, has good fluidity, has no dust flying, and will not cause feeding loss. Eating materials in various rubber materials is easy and evenly dispersed, ensuring the activity of the effective component OBSH; OBSH-75 can be added at the end of mixing, it can also be added together with other accelerators and foaming agents at the end of mixing.
