Product characteristicsThe DOTG-70 of the pre-dispersed accelerator will lead to a very slow vulcanization start and a relatively slow vulcanization rate; the use of the pre-dispersed accelerator alone will DOTG-70 cause serious reversion, so it is necessary to use an effective antioxidant; when the pre-dispersed accelerator DOTG-70 is used in combination with thiols, sulfenamides, thiurams and dithiocarbamates, synergistic effect and secondary promotion effect can be obtained, and the crosslinking density and vulcanization rate are improved, the mechanical properties and anti-aging properties of the vulcanizate are good; the pre-dispersed accelerator DOTG-70 has no blooming phenomenon in the vulcanizate.
Processing characteristicsUnder normal circumstances, powdered DOTG is easy to fly and adhere to equipment, and is not easy to disperse evenly during mixing. However, the pre-dispersion accelerator DOTG-70 is easy to mix ingredients, will not agglomerate under normal storage conditions, has good fluidity, has no dust flying, and will not cause feeding loss. Eating materials in various rubber materials is easy and evenly dispersed, ensuring the activity of the effective component DOTG; It is recommended to add it at the end of mixing.
Dosage NR：
Main accelerator: 0.8-1.2 parts and 2.5-4 parts of sulfur;
Second accelerator: 0.05-0.4 parts, 1.0-1.5 parts of thiol accelerator and 1.5-3.0 parts of sulfur.
SBR:0.1-0.4 parts combined with 1.0-1.5 parts of thiol accelerator and 1.5-2.5 parts of sulfur.
NBR:0.05-0.4 parts combined with 0.8-1.5 parts of sulfenamide accelerator and 1.5-2.4 parts of sulfur.
