Product Description CBS(CZ)-80imparts long scorch time, processing safety and fast curing to rubber compound. It can increase heat-resistance and compression set property of vulcanizate when used alone in low sulfur curing system or by combination with dithiocarbamate or thiuram. CBS(CZ)-80 shortens scorch time when combined with dithiocarbamate or thiuram. Thiocarbamide accelerators impart secondary acceleration to CBS(CZ)-80, especially in low sulfur rubber compound. CBS(CZ)-80 delays scorch used in rubber compound containing thiol and thiuram.

 

Processing Characteristics CBS(CZ)-80has good dosing and mixing property, and won't cake at ordinary temperature and humidity. It has good fluidity, no irritating dust and no material loss. It keeps optimal activity of CBS(CZ) and easily disperses in kinds of rubber compounds. Recommend that CBS(CZ)-80 is added at last stage of mixing.

 

Dosage In NR system:

            As primary accelerator, 0.5~1.0 phr with 2.5~3.5 phr sulfur;

            As secondary accelerator, 0.5 phr with 0.3 phr thiol or thiuram and 1.5~3.5 phr sulfur.

            In SBR system: 1.0~1.4 phr with 0~0.2 phr thiuram and 1.5~2.5 phr sulfur.

 

Applications CBS(CZ)-80 is applicable for extruded products, e.g. seals or rubber hoses, rubber belts, conveyer belts, rubber rolls, cable sheath and rubber floor, etc.

 

Packaging Coextruded paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight 25Kgs/bag.

 

Storage Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from sunlightfor up to 1 year.
