Product Description MB-80 is mainly used as assistant antiager of others. It is a moderate and non-staining antiager, especially applicable for rubber compounds containing ultra-accelerator, TMTD-80 and no sulfur. MB-80 can increase processing safety and storage stability of rubber compound as scorch retarder when combined with CBS-80, MBT-80, thiuram or dithiocarbamate. But MB-80 slightly decreases modulus of natural and synthetic rubber products. It won't bloom within recommended dosage.

 

Processing Characteristics Generally, MB powder adheres to devices easily, disperses difficultly in mixing process. However, MB-80has good dosing and mixing property, and won't cake at ordinary temperature and humidity. It has good fluidity, no irritating dust and no material loss. It keeps optimal activity of MB and easily disperses in kinds of rubber compounds.

 

Dosage Generally 0.6~1.5 phr;

            Transparent products, 0.4 phr;

            Heat-resistance vulcanizate cured by thiuram, 2.0~3.0 phr;

            Protect vulcanizate from harmful substance in non-staining system, 0.5~1.0 phr MB-80 with the same quantity of NKF;

            Protect vulcanizate from harmful substance in staining system, 0.5~1.0 phr MB-80 with the same quantity of 4010NA.

 

Applications MB-80 is applicable for kinds of transparent, white and colored products and rubberized fabric, and so on.

 

Packaging Coextruded paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight 25Kgs/bag.

 

Storage Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from sunlightfor up to 1 year.
