Product Description ZnO-80 can prevent ZnO power from absorbing moisture. Compared with ZnO power, ZnO-80 makes extruded rubber compounds smooth. Generally, it can increase tensile strength, elongation at break and stretching strength of vulcanizate.

 

Processing Characteristics ZnO powder is dispersed very difficultly at processing temperature, then decreases curing activity and static mechanical properties and dynamic fatigue resistance of vulcanizate. However, ZnO-80 has good dosing and mixing property, and won't cake at ordinary temperature and humidity. It has good fluidity, no irritating dust and no material loss. It keeps optimal activity of ZnO and easily disperses in kinds of rubber compounds. Recommend that ZnO-80 is added at last stage of mixing.

 

Dosage 3.0～8.0 phr.

 

Applications ZnO-80 is used in almost all rubber products to improve static or dynamic properties.

 

Packaging Coextruded paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight 25Kgs/bag.

 

Storage Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from sunlightfor up to 1 year.
