Pre-dispersed accelerator ZMBT(MZ)-80
The pre-dispersed accelerator ZMBT(MZ)-80 is a quasi-overspeed and multifunctional accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber, which endows vulcanized rubber with good physical and mechanical properties. Its vulcanization behavior is the same as that of the pre-dispersed accelerator MBT(M-80), the critical vulcanization temperature is 138 ℃, the vulcanized rubber has good aging resistance, it will neither change color nor pollute color, and can be used in light-colored rubber products.

Processing features:Under normal circumstances, powdered accelerator ZMBT(MZ) is easy to fly and adhere to equipment, and is not easy to disperse evenly during mixing. However, the pre-dispersed accelerator ZMBT(MZ)-80 is easy to mix, will not agglomerate under normal storage conditions, has good fluidity, has no dust flying, and will not cause feeding loss. Eating in various rubber materials is easy and evenly dispersed; It is recommended to add at the end of mixing.
