PerformanceAs a methylene donor of a white direct bonding system between rubber and skeleton materials, it is soluble in water and general organic solutions.
UseReacts with the methylene recipient at the vulcanization temperature to bond the rubber and the skeleton material. It reacts with the binder RE, the binder RS, and the like to produce a thermosetting resin. If the reaction takes place before vulcanization, the adhesion of the compounding system will be lost. The rubber, filler and methylene-receptive compound are usually prepared at higher temperatures. The binder A and other compounding agents are added during final refining at the later stage of rubber mixing.
The recommended ratio is 1.5-3 parts of rubber adhesive A with 2-5 parts of other methylene recipients
