Product Description ZDTP-50 is a special accelerator for EPDM cured by the curing system containing sulfur, zinc oxide, thiazol and thiuram. Vulcanizates have high cross-link density and won't bloom. ZDTP-50 is a curing accelerator for NR, IR, BR, NBR or IIR efficient vulcanization system, and imparts good heat-resistance to vulcanizate. In EPDMor NR cured by sulfur, ZDTP-50 is a assistant accelerator combined with sulfonamide, thiazol or thiuram. It won't produce harmful nitrosamine.


Processing Characteristics Generally, liquid ZDTP adheres to devices easily, and disperses difficultly in mixing process. However, ZDTP-50 has good dosing and mixing property, and won't cake at ordinary temperature and humidity. It has good fluidity, no irritating dust and no material loss. It keeps optimal activity of ZDTP and easily disperses in kinds of rubber compounds.


Dosage Curing system of NR:

                    ZDTP-50           2.0~3.4 phr;

                    TMTM-80          0.3~0.6 phr;

                    DM-80               0.6~0.9 phr;

                    S-80                   0.3~0.6 phr.

       Curing system of EPDM:

                    ZDTP-50           2.0~3.4 phr;

                    TMTD-80          0.3~1.0 phr;

                    M-80                 0.6~1.9 phr;

                    S-80                  1.2~3.2 phr.

       Non-nitrosamine curing system of EPDM:

                     ZDTP-50            2.0~3.4 phr;

                     TBzTD-80           0.3~1.0 phr;

                     M-80                  1.2~1.9 phr;

                     S-80                   1.2~2.2 phr.

Applications Widely used in engineering molded or extruded products, such as rubber sheets, tire buffer layer, rubber fender, seals, and etc..


Packaging Coextruded paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight 25Kgs/bag.


Storage Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from sunlightfor up to 1 year.
