Use: Vulcanization accelerator ZBPD is a rapid auxiliary accelerator for NR and EPDM. NR has significant anti-reversion effect and can replace DTDM without pollution. It has the characteristics of no spray, fast curing speed and low cost. ZBPD has an amine-free structure and can be used in a sulfidation system without the production of nitrosonium. When ZBPD is used in the manufacture of articles in contact with food, it is required to refer to Class 4 of BgVV XXL. ZBPD has no regulations in FDA for food contact applications. General dosage of 0.5~1.5 parts.
