Performance:ZDTP is mainly used as an EPDM vulcanization accelerator, which has the characteristics of no blooming, fast vulcanization speed and low cost.
Use:ZDTP is a fast vulcanization accelerator suitable for NR and EPDM. In NR formulations, when combined with MBTS or sulfenamide accelerators, the anti-reversion properties of the compound are greatly improved. ZDTP has no amine structure and can be used in the vulcanization system without nitrosamine, without causing discoloration and pollution. When used in the manufacture of articles in contact with food, it is necessary to refer to the Class 4 regulations in BgVV XXI. ZDTP has no regulations in FDA for food contact applications.
