Product Features:The vulcanization speed of pre-dispersed accelerator ZDMC(PZ)-80 in NR and SBR,NBR,EPDM and other synthetic rubbers is very fast. The addition of thiuram and thiazole accelerators can delay the initial vulcanization and improve the processing safety. Compared with pre-dispersed accelerators ZDBC(BZ)-80,ZDEC(ZDC EZ)-80 and ZEPC(PX)-80, its scorch time is long and the total vulcanization speed is fast. Alkaline accelerator has an activation effect on it. A small amount of pre-dispersed accelerator ZDMC(PZ)-80 can be used as an auxiliary accelerator for thiol or thiuram accelerator. Can give vulcanized rubber higher tensile strength and resilience.
Processing features:Under normal circumstances, the powdered ZDMC(PZ) accelerator has a high melting point and a large particle size, which makes it difficult to soften and disperse evenly at the processing temperature, resulting in a decrease in vulcanization activity and a decrease in mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber. However, the pre-dispersion accelerator ZDMC(PZ)-80 selects powdered ZDMC(PZ) with controlled particle size and pre-disperses with carriers and surface active dispersants, which makes it easy to eat and disperse evenly in various rubber compounds, the activity of the effective component ZDMC(PZ) is ensured. In addition, the pre-dispersion accelerator ZDMC(PZ)-80 is granular, which is easy to mix, has good fluidity, no dust flying, and will not cause feeding loss. Improve the stability and uniformity between batches of mixing rubber; It is recommended to add it at the end of mixing.
Dosage:NR:0.3-0.8 parts; SBR/ NBR:0.8-1.2 parts; used as a secondary accelerator: 0.05-0.3 parts.
Application:For NR, EPDM, IR, SBR, NBR, IIR industrial rubber products, especially suitable for light color and transparent rubber products.
Packing:Composite paper bag, lined with plastic film bag, net weight 25kg.
Storage:Sealed and stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight, and can be stored for 1 year.
