The pre-dispersed accelerator ZEPC(PX)-80 has a fast vulcanization rate in NR, SBR, NBR, EPDM and other synthetic rubbers. Compared with the pre-dispersed accelerators ZDBC(BZ)-80 and ZDEC(ZDC EZ)-80, the scorch time is longer and the total vulcanization time is shorter; the basic accelerator has an activation effect on it; a small amount of pre-dispersed accelerator ZEPC(PX)-80 can be used as a secondary accelerator for thiols or thiuram accelerators; it can give vulcanized rubber higher tensile strength and resilience.

Product Features:The pre-dispersed accelerator ZEPC(PX)-80 has a fast vulcanization rate in NR, SBR, NBR, EPDM and other synthetic rubbers. Processing features:Under normal circumstances, the powdered ZEPC(PX) accelerator has a high melting point and a large particle size, which makes it difficult to soften and disperse evenly at the processing temperature, resulting in a decrease in vulcanization activity and a decrease in mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber. However, the pre-dispersion accelerator ZEPC(PX)-80 selects powdered ZEPC(PX) with controlled particle size and pre-disperses with carriers and surface active dispersants, which makes it easy to eat and disperse evenly in various rubber materials, ensure the activity of the effective component ZEPC(PX); In addition, the pre-dispersion accelerator ZEPC(PX)-80 is granular, easy to mix, good fluidity, no dust flying, will not cause feeding loss.

Dosage:NR:0.3-1.0 parts; SBR/ NBR:0.8-1.2 parts; used as a secondary accelerator: 0.1-0.2 parts.

Application:For NR, EPDM, IR, SBR, NBR, IIR industrial rubber products, especially suitable for light color and transparent rubber products.

Packing:Composite paper bag, lined with plastic film bag, net weight 25kg.

Storage:Sealed and stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight, and can be stored for 1 year.
