Pre-dispersed accelerator ZDBC(BZ)-80

The pre-dispersed accelerator ZDBC(BZ)-80 has a fast vulcanization rate in NR, SBR, NBR, EPDM and other synthetic rubbers. The addition of thiuram and thiazole accelerators can delay the initial vulcanization and improve processing safety. Compared with the pre-dispersed accelerators ZDMC(PZ)-80,ZDEC (ZDCEZ)-80 and ZEPC(PX)-80, the scorch time is shorter and vulcanization time is shorter; the basic accelerator has an activation effect on it; a small amount of pre-dispersed accelerator ZDBC(BZ)-80 can be used as a secondary accelerator for thiols or thiuram accelerators; it can give vulcanized rubber higher tensile strength and resilience.

The pre-dispersed accelerator NOBS(MBS)-80 makes the scorch time of the compound quite long, the processing safety is very high and the vulcanization is very complete. It can be used alone as the main accelerator in low-sulfur vulcanization, or it can be used in combination with dithiocarbamate or thiuram accelerator, and the resulting vulcanizate has good heat aging resistance and good compression deformation; pre-dispersed accelerator NOBS(MBS)-80 and dithiocarbamate accelerator and thiuram accelerator will significantly reduce the scorch time of the compound. The combination of thiuram TMTM-80 accelerator and pre-dispersed accelerator NOBS(MBS)-80 has a particularly obvious promotion effect of shortening vulcanization time, and has good anti-scorch effect and high crosslinking degree. In low sulfur compound, in the compound containing sulfur alcohol accelerator and thiuram accelerator, the pre-dispersed accelerator NOBS(MBS)-80 can delay scorch.

Pre-dispersed accelerator MBT(M)-80 is a kind of quasi-speed and multi-functional accelerator with long vulcanization flat period, which endows vulcanizates with good physical and mechanical properties. In sulfur-free vulcanization compound, pre-dispersed accelerator MBT(M)-80 is used as anti-scorching agent; In CR compound, it is used as vulcanization retarder; alkaline accelerators such as aldehyde amines, guanidines, etc., as well as thiuram and dithiocarbamate accelerators are used to activate MBT(M)-80.
