It can be used as a primary accelerator or a secondary accelerator in NR, EPDM, IR, SBR, NBR, IIR and other synthetic rubbers. Compared with the traditional dithiocarbamate accelerator, the pre-dispersed accelerator ZBEC(DBZ)-70 has higher processing safety. Alkaline accelerator has activation effect on this product, the pre-dispersed accelerator ZBEC(DBZ)-70 also has an activating effect on thiazole or sulfenamide accelerators; when the amount is the same, the pre-dispersed ZBEC(DBZ)-70 is similar to other dithiocarbamate vulcanizates in terms of tensile stress.
