Pre-dispersed accelerator is ZDTP-50 used as a special accelerator in EPDM containing sulfur, zinc oxide, thiazole and thiuram accelerators, with high crosslinking degree and no frost spray when the amount is recommend. As a component of an effective vulcanization system, it can be used as a vulcanization accelerator for NR, IR, BR, NBR, IIR, etc. The vulcanized rubber has good heat resistance. As an auxiliary accelerator in sulfur vulcanized EPDM and NR compound, it is used in combination with sulfenamide, thiazole or thiuram accelerators; secondary amines that form harmful substances nitrosamines are not produced during vulcanization.

Pre-dispersed accelerator DPG-80
The scorch time of the pre-dispersed accelerator DPG-80 is long and the vulcanization speed is slow, which will cause slight discoloration and cannot be used in light-colored products unless used as an active agent. When the pre-dispersed accelerator DPG-80 is used alone, the vulcanizate has poor thermal oxidative aging resistance (effective antioxidant is required); The pre-dispersed accelerator DPG-80 can effectively activate thiol accelerator. The pre-dispersed accelerator DPG-80 has no vulcanization promotion effect on butyl rubber IPDM and ethylene propylene rubber EPDM.
