Performance:White or light yellow powder, non-toxic, tasteless, soluble in dilute alkali, carbon disulfide, benzene, acetone and dichloromethane, slightly soluble in chloroform, insoluble in ethanol, carbon tetrachloride, ethyl acetate.
Use:Super accelerators for natural gums, synthetic gums and general accelerators for latex. It is especially suitable for butyl rubber requiring small compression deformation and nitrile rubber requiring excellent aging resistance, and also suitable for EPDM. When using zinc oxide as an active agent, generally need to add a small amount of stearic acid. Because it is non-toxic, tasteless, non-polluting, non-discoloring, and easy to disperse in rubber, it is suitable for light-colored and bright-colored products. In the United States, PZ has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The effect is remarkable in EPDM, butyl rubber and other products. Mainly used for latex products, in the latex material in the general amount of 0.3 to 1.0 parts.
Packing:Composite paper bag, lined with plastic film bag, net weight 25kg.
Storage:Sealed and stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.
Safety and Toxicity:Please refer to the relevant product safety data (MSDS).
