Performance:Light yellow to brownish yellow powder, relative density 1.2 g/cm3. Melting point above 98.0, soluble in ethanol, ether, acetone, benzene, toluene, dichloromethane, carbon tetrachloride and ethyl acetate and other organic solvents, soluble in gasoline, insoluble in water. Odorless, tasteless, non-toxic.
Use:This product is a post-effect accelerator with good dispersion performance in rubber, long scorch time in rubber compound and high operation safety. It is a secondary sulfonamide accelerator with anti-scorch performance. It is suitable for thick products and rubber materials with large amount of high activity reinforcing agent. Mainly used for manufacturing tires, adhesive tapes, shock-absorbing products and repairing tire hanging back rubber materials, etc., especially suitable for steel wire adhesive rubber materials with brass coating.
