Performance:The specific gravity of this product is 1.44, soluble in dioxane, tetrahydrofuran and hot acetone, insoluble in petroleum ether, chloroform, benzene and water.

Use:HVA-2 in the rubber processing process can be used as a vulcanizing agent, can also be used as a peroxide system of vulcanizing agent, can also be used as anti-scorching agent and tackifier. In natural rubber, combined with sulfur, can prevent vulcanization reversion, improve heat resistance, reduce heat, aging resistance, improve rubber and cord adhesion and vulcanized rubber modulus. Used in rubber such as load-carrying tire shoulder rubber and buffer layer, it can solve the problem of cross-over heavy-duty tire shoulder empty. HVA-2 can also be used as an auxiliary vulcanizing agent, can improve the correlation performance, improve heat resistance, suitable for high temperature vulcanization system, reduce compression deformation is very obvious, but also reduce the amount of peroxide, prevent the rubber material in the process of scorching, improve the adhesive strength of rubber and cord and metal. HVA-2 is a sulfur-free vulcanizing agent, used for cable rubber, it can replace all sulfur-containing vulcanizing agents such as thiazole and thiuram, and solve the problem of blackening of copper sulfide pollution caused by contact with sulfur-containing vulcanizing agents. The amount is 0.5 to 1.0 parts as the scorch retarder, 2 to 3 parts as the vulcanizing agent, 1.5 parts as the compression set improvement, and 0.5 to 5.0 parts as the adhesive strength improvement.
