Performance:Soluble in acetone, ethyl acetate, benzene, carbon tetrachloride and ethanol, soluble in gasoline, slightly soluble in water. Exposure to sunlight and air will gradually turn purple.
Use:The product is an aromatic secondary amine antioxidant. Used in natural rubber, diene synthetic rubber, chloroprene rubber, is a general-purpose reclaimed rubber antioxidant, also used in neoprene latex. It has good protective effect on heat, oxygen, flexing, weather aging and fatigue. In the chloroprene rubber both anti-ozone aging properties, harmful metals also have a certain inhibitory effect. The product is often combined with other antioxidants such as AP,Anti-aging agent DNPand especiallyAnti-aging agent 4010andAntiaging agent 4010NAand used. It is easy to disperse in dry glue and easy to decompose in water. The solubility in rubber is as high as 5%, and the amount is 3 to 4 parts without spraying frost. Because of its characteristics of pollution, migration and dark color in sunlight, it is not suitable for white and light-colored products, mainly used in the manufacture of tires, hoses, tapes, rubber rollers, rubber shoes, submarine cable insulation, etc. In the plastics industry, the product can be used as a heat stabilizer for polyethylene.
Packing:Composite paper bag, lined with plastic film bag, net weight 25kg.
Storage:Sealed and stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.
Safety and Toxicity:Please refer to the relevant product safety data (MSDS).
