Papua New Guinea Rubber Reinforced Resin CH-DEW

The resin is a kind of thermosetting cashew oil modified phenolic resin, which is an updated product of non-modified reinforcing resin. Crosslinking reaction occurs above 150°C, and the resin changes from a linear structure to a three-dimensional network structure; when the rubber is vulcanized, the structure and the rubber structure form an interpenetrating network, thereby strengthening and hardening the rubber.

Performance:The resin is a kind of thermosetting cashew oil modified phenolic resin, which is an updated product of non-modified reinforcing resin. Crosslinking reaction occurs above 150°C, and the resin changes from a linear structure to a three-dimensional network structure; when the rubber is vulcanized, the structure and the rubber structure form an interpenetrating network, thereby strengthening and hardening the rubber.

Use:Because of its methylene bridge and long chain aliphatic hydrocarbon chain structure, the brittleness of the cured product is improved, and the crosslinking density, modulus, hardness and wear resistance of the rubber are improved. It is a particularly good resin for hardening effect, and it is not necessary to add curing agent when used. It can be used for beads, crowns, rubber rollers, conveyor belts, V-belts and other products. Reference dosage 6~15 parts.

Packing:Composite paper bag, lined with plastic film bag, net weight 20kg.

Storage:Sealed and stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.

Safety and Toxicity:Please refer to the relevant product safety information.
