PRODUCTS CENTER
England Zirconia ceramic sieve plate
Category:
Product Description
Zirconia ceramics are mainly composed of ZrO2, and according to the added stabilizer, there are mainly yttrium stabilized zirconia, magnesium stabilized zirconia and cerium stabilized zirconia. Zirconia ceramics usually have high mechanical strength and fracture toughness, and have good corrosion resistance. Magnesium stabilized zirconia still maintains good mechanical properties at high temperature (600 ℃).
Key features:
High strength, high fracture toughness (room temperature), thermal expansion coefficient similar to metal, wear resistance, thermal insulation.
Main applications:
Wear-resistant parts, tooling, insulation materials.
