Soluble in acetone, ethyl acetate, dichloromethane, ethanol and sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate and other alkaline solution. Slightly soluble in benzene, insoluble in water and gasoline. UseProduct natural rubber and synthetic rubber accelerators, can be used alone, or with vulcanized carbamates, thiuram, guanidine, and other alkaline accelerators. It has a rapid promotion effect on natural rubber and general sulfur-sulfur-sulfur rubber. Its sulfur critical temperature is low, and it is easy to disperse in rubber and does not pollute. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, tape, rubber shoes and other industrial rubber products. In IR, NR, SBR, NBR, HR and EPOM system, it is a kind of main acidic vulcanizing agent, with medium curing rate, and other vulcanizing agents such as DM and TMTD alkaline vulcanizing agent and can achieve higher activity. Its vulcanization temperature is low, easy to disperse in rubber, no pollution, mainly used in the manufacture of tires, tape, rubber shoes and other industrial rubber products, but can not be used as food materials.
