Characteristics: Rubber accelerator DPTT(TRA) is used as an auxiliary accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex. Due to its ability to release free sulfur upon heating, it can also be used as a vulcanizing agent, with an effective sulfur content of 28% of its mass. When used as a vulcanizing agent, it is relatively safe at operating temperatures, has a high crosslink density, a low tendency to revert, and the vulcanized rubber has good heat resistance and aging resistance. It can be used as the main accelerator in chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and butyl rubber. When used in combination with thiazole accelerators, it is suitable for nitrile rubber, and the vulcanized rubber has good compression set and heat resistance. When manufacturing latex sponge, it is advisable to use it in combination with accelerator MZ. It is easily dispersed in dry rubber and water. It does not cause pollution. It is generally used in the manufacture of heat-resistant products, cables, etc.
Applications: This product is a super-accelerator and is used in natural rubber, synthetic rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, etc. It can also be used in latex; it can also be used as a vulcanizing agent.
Packaging: Coextruded paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight 25Kg/bag.
Storage: Store in closed containers in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area, and avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
