Product Description CTP-80 can delay set-up of curing in natural and synthetic rubber, but won't extend total curing time. It improves processing safety combined with sulfonamide or thiozol, but doesn't affect properties of vulcanizate. CTP-80 can obviously increase storage stability and processing safety at high temperature of unvulcanized rubber. It won't cause any stain by contact.
Processing Characteristics CTP-80 has good dosing and mixing property, and won't cake at ordinary temperature and humidity. It has good fluidity, no irritating dust and no material loss. It keeps optimal activity of CTP and easily disperses in kinds of rubber compounds. Recommend that CTP-80 is added with other auxiliaries at last stage of mixing.
Dosage 0.2 ~ 2.0 phr.
Applications CTP-80 is used in natural and synthetic rubber compounds cured by sulfonamide or thiazol as primary accelerator, e.g. tires, conveyer belts, molded or extruded products, etc.
Packaging Coextruded paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight 25Kgs/bag.
Storage Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from sunlightfor up to 1 year.
