Product Description R-80 is one of the components of resorcinol/formaldehyde/white carbon black. It can form resorcinol/formaldehyde/rein system used for bonding rubber and fabric or steel cord by combining with formaldehyde donor HEXA-80 or RA-65. This system is applicable for all kinds of rubber and reinforcing materials, such as rubber and fabric, glass fiber or metal.

 

Processing Characteristics Generally, Rpowderadheres to devices easily, disperses difficultly in mixing process. However, R-80 has good dosing and mixing property, and won't cake at ordinary temperature and humidity. It has good fluidity, no irritating dust and no material loss. It keeps optimal activity of R and easily disperses in kinds of rubber compounds. Recommend that R-80 is added at last stage of mixing.

 

Dosage 2.0～4.0 phr.

 

Applications R-80 is applicable for tires, conveyors, V-belts, rubber hoses, containers, etc..

 

Packaging Coextruded paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight 25Kgs/bag.

 

Storage Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from sunlightfor up to 1 year.
